As America's Durable Door Opener, Power Access provides quality door openers that are built to last for decades. This warranty is a testament to our commitment and confidence as to the dependability or our products and the value they bring to our customers.

Power Access Openers and Controls are Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty

on Materials and Workmanship:

• Warranty replacement parts will be invoiced, charged, and shipped freight prepaid by Power Access.
• A UPS call tag will also be provided for return shipment. The defective part must be returned in order to receive full credit for an approved transaction.
• A RA number must be issued by Power Access prior to returning the item and must be included with the return shipment.*

Power Access provides a 10-Year Major Component Limited Warranty for the Model 2300 Motor and Slip Friction Clutch Arm, and the Model 4300 Motor and Actuator Assembly:

• This ten-year major component limited warranty is contingent on the proper installation of the Model 2300 and Model 4300 door openers according to their respective installation guidelines, provided by Power Access.
• As above, a RA number must be issued by Power Access prior to returning the item and must be included with the return shipment.*
